Keswick Embroiderers' Guild

We meet on the third Thursday of the month, September to May, 10am -3pm, at the Friends' Meeting House in Keswick. This is in Elliot Park, just beside Booths' carpark. Arrive at 9.45 for coffee and biscuits! We also meet informally during the Winter to work on our own projects.
We are happy to be be back in our familiar space after floods damaged the building so badly.
A small and friendly group, we meet to celebrate textiles and stitch, and we share between us a wide range of interests and expertise. Visitors and new members are always welcome.

November Meeting..... Felting, and finishing off

Felting and Finishing Off

We were still nomadic after the floods of last December, and held our November meeting in Mungrisdale's new and very well-appointed Village Hall.

We were delighted to have  Marilyn back to do some felting with us again, and two members brought their embellishing machines along to give us all the opportunity to see what they  can do!

For some of us this was a good chance to finish off the beaded bookmarks we started last month.

Our new blog is not yet fully formed; I am working on it!
