Our first year after lockdown

Starting up again!

Much changed after lockdown; we decided to continue as an independent group, affiliated to the Guild. We were concerned that our membership might struggle after so long , but in fact, the opposite happened, and we  welcomed several new members.

We have been 'feeling our way', with several workshops led by members, and latterly by tutors. We began the programme last September with a 'Show and Tell' session, showing some of the work we'd done during lockdown.......

.

We had a Crewelwork workshop led bt Val.....

Took part in the Christmas Tree festival at the Methodist Church in Keswick....

And Joanna O'Neill worked with us on Couching techniques.
