Keswick Embroiderers

An independent group, affiliated to the Embroiderers Guild, we meet on the third Thursday of the month, September to May, 11am -4pm, at Threlkeld Village Hall, near Keswick. We also meet informally during the Winter to work on our own projects. We are a small and friendly group, meeting to celebrate textiles and stitch.We share between us a wide range of interests and expertise. Visitors and new members are always welcome.

We've been busy. 

This is crewel work, made from one of Nicola Jarvis's kits. 









Debbie's 'Leaves'. Each member of Keswick Embroiderers guild is making part of a very unusual fabric Christmas tree for the Christmas Tree festival in Keswick this year. The leaves are machine embroidered.





Enid's 'Positivity' picture is finished!











Enid has also been creating these cards.



I was planning to go to the flower festival at Keukenhof this month but obviously can't! By coincidence, over 150 tulip bulbs were planted in our garden in the Autumn. Now, right on cue, here are the first of them.
